ARRIVAL INFORMATION

All designated group flights are met in the Seville airport by ICS staff members. Each student is given a Welcome Packet which includes a map of Seville on which are stamped both the ICS and the student's local address and phone number, an academic calendar and information as to when orientation is to be held. Students are then sent by taxis to their places of residence.

The informative orientation sessions are held the two mornings following the designated group arrival date. While students are not scheduled at the ICS until their session, they are welcomed to drop by at any time. The ICS office hours are 9 - 7 during the week of the designated group arrival, and 9 - 2 and 4 - 7:00 as of the first day of class.
